Three very intentional words drive our mission here at Love God Greatly…
Inspire.
Encourage.
Equip.
This week on the blog we’re dedicating three days to these three words, and you’re invited! Whether you’ve been around these parts for a long time or you’re brand new to LGG, we want to take time before our next online Bible study begins to share our passion behind our mission, as well as to invite YOU to begin building community around you by facilitating our next study in God’s Word with the amazing women in your life.

Today we’re focusing in on Part One of our mission. Love God Greatly exists to:
|INSPIRE| women to make God’s Word a priority in their daily lives through our Bible study resources.
Let’s face it – with the responsibilities we carry as women plus all that is going on in the world around us, we need INSPIRED to make God’s Word a priority in our lives. After all, the Bible is the inspired Word of God, written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of Scripture we might have hope (Romans 15:4).
Now more than ever, we need Truth. We need hope. We need Jesus. We need each other.
This is why we do what we do.
Why should YOU consider facilitating a Love God Greatly group for our next study? Here’s the skinny…
What We Do
Love God Greatly consists of a beautiful community of women who use a variety of technology platforms to keep each other accountable in God’s Word. We start with a simple Bible reading plan, but it doesn’t stop there. Some gather in homes and churches locally, while others connect online with women across the globe. Whatever the method, we lovingly lock arms and unite for this purpose… to Love God Greatly with our lives.
What is a Love God Greatly Facilitator?
A LGG Facilitator is a woman who has a passion for seeing other women read God’s Word for themselves. She is a woman who knows how important it is to have God’s Word not only in our minds… but also saturated deep down in our hearts. A LGG Facilitator commits to gathering women her life, and then facilitates a safe, encouraging place (often via social media, through email or texting, or at a weekly in-person gathering) where these women can share what they are learning and find support throughout one of our Love God Greatly Bible study sessions.
Why Facilitate?
In today’s fast-paced technology driven world, it would be easy to study God’s Word in an isolated environment that lacks encouragement or support, but that isn’t the intention here at Love God Greatly. God created us to live in community with Him and with those around us. We need each another, and we live life better together.
All of us have women in our lives who need friendship, encouragement, and have the desire to dive into God’s Word on a deeper level. By facilitating a Love God Greatly group, you’re saying yes to impacting women’s lives and bringing glory to God by helping them draw closer to God and each other.
Keeping It Simple
At Love God Greatly, you’ll find real, authentic women. Women who are imperfect, yet forgiven. Women who desire less of us, and a whole lot more of Jesus. Women who long to know God through his Word, because we know that Truth transforms and sets us free. Women who are better together, saturated in God’s Word and in community with one another.
We know you’re busy so we’re keeping it simple around here. From our straightforward, easy-to-use materials to the most incredible, supportive community, we are committed to encouraging and equipping our LGG Facilitators every step of the way!
We’re asking God for an ARMY of women who will go into all the world and INSPIRE women around them to Love God Greatly with their lives. Won’t YOU prayerfully consider becoming a part of this incredible mission that God has given us by becoming a LGG Facilitator?
Coming this week: Plan to join us right back here on Wednesday to learn more about the role of a LGG Facilitator. Then on Friday, we’ll talk about the practical resources and support we offer to ensure that all of our LGG Facilitators are equipped with everything they need!

God blessed me with encouragement to step up and lead a group after my first study when LGG first started – 3 years ago, I think. What He began was a work with me that has brought me such peace and His presence in my life that I had long forgotten existed. God hadn’t moved, but I surely had.
Having met and studied with many precious women from around the world, I have seen several branch out and start their own groups. What joy!
This will be an awesome study so come on ladies! Our most gracious and loving Heavenly Father will bring you all the wisdom, courage and help to lead a wonderful session, if only You trust Him! Pray and ask Him! And then, be blessed beyond measure when you work though a study as the facilitator!
Since starting facilitating LGG Bible Studies a year and a half ago I have been so encouraged and blessed. I first reached out to the women who were friends with me on Facebook and a group of them responded. In that time our group has grown in number, grown spiritually, grown closer and so much more. I write letters to my group thanking them for how they have individually contributed in each study. We have met for a meal and even had a bridal shower for one lady.
I’m glad I can serve the Lord in this way and feel so happy to be part of this global family of women who dig deeper into God’s Word.
So why not join a group for the new study starting August 29th? Or take that step and lead a group. It couldn’t be simpler. There’s help all the way and a mentoring programme too. Hope to see you August 29th~ Ashley Luke LGG Encourager
Hello. I’m brand new to this app and trying to learn more. How do I join a group to take part in the bible study?
This has been on my heart.
Please Pray with me.
I have just signed up to be an LGG facilitator. I have done several of the past studies and was sort of leading the last group via email and text with my family all over the country. I really desire to have community and am looking forward to a new group that I am starting with some Neighbor ladies. I am nervous, and the devil is telling me “who are you to think your so good you could be a facilitator?”……I am trying to quiet his voice and keep praying that God blesses our group.
Hey I am new and will love to join in to learn more about the group and how I can be a part if it
