Have you ever opened your Bible because you needed help getting through the day?
Someone you love is hurting. You cannot change what is happening, and you do not know what tomorrow will bring. You find yourself returning to Scripture, asking God to help you trust Him with what you cannot control.
If you have been there, Kib’s story will touch your heart.
Kib serves with Love God Greatly’s Thai branch, translating Bible studies so that Thai-speaking women can understand God’s Word and apply it to their lives.
For Kib, that work means slowing down. She considers each sentence carefully, reflects on its meaning, and asks what God is teaching her before helping another woman understand it.
Then her father became seriously ill.
Through hospitalizations and the final days of his life, Kib cared for him while continuing to translate studies about trusting God, surrendering control, and keeping her eyes on Him.
The truths she was preparing for other women became the truths she needed herself.
She did not always know what would happen or what she should do. Yet Scripture kept drawing her back to God. Kib realized she was being asked to live the very words she was translating.
She wrote, “Faith is not always having answers; sometimes it is continuing to trust God when I cannot see what is ahead.”

Oh, friend, I keep thinking about that. While Kib helped other women understand God’s Word, God used that same truth to strengthen her own heart.
And through Love God Greatly, she found Christian friendship. After years of feeling isolated, she had sisters who studied Scripture with her, prayed with her, and walked beside her through difficult seasons. As she served, she learned to depend more deeply on God and was reminded she was not alone.
This is the hope behind every translated study: that a woman will learn to turn to God’s Word, be comforted by truth, gain strength for the days ahead, and receive God’s wisdom.
You know how much that matters when life is painful or uncertain. A woman needs to understand what she reads and recognize how God’s truth speaks into her grief, her relationships, and the decisions before her.
Your monthly generosity can help make that kind of discipleship possible.
Each translated study becomes part of a growing library that local women, churches, and missionaries can use and share. The digital studies are free to download, while creating, translating, reviewing, and supporting their use requires ongoing ministry support.

Will you also pray with me for Kib and our Thai team, for strength as they serve, and for the women opening these studies to understand and trust God more deeply?
You may never meet those women. But you may know, from your own life, just how much His comfort means.
