Now Is Your Time…GO!

WK8D1

For seven weeks now we’ve been reading, sharing, and diving into what it means to be forgiven. Slowly, day by day, we’ve taken this life-changing truth from God’s Word and have applied it to our hearts.

I know some mornings you’ve worked to embrace truth that feels impossible to accept and comprehend.

And yet morning after morning, just like God’s mercies… His forgiveness is new, fresh, and available.

My prayer for all of us as we’ve been reading, SOAPing, and applying God’s truth throughout this study is that our lives will be changed: our hearts will be a little lighter, our heads a little higher, and our steps a little more confident. We are loved and we are forgiven through Jesus Christ and because of that truth, lives are forever changed.

But this amazing message can’t be kept to ourselves! Now more than ever, this powerful message of God’s forgiveness needs to be shared with the WORLD!

“How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in Him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!'” – Romans 10:14-15 (ESV)

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” – Matthew 28:19

So that’s my challenge to all of us in our final week… and for the rest of our lives. GO!

Go out into our worlds, our communities, our schools, our workplaces and share this life changing truth!

God has given each of us a redemption story to share.

Women need to hear how God has worked in your life. They need to hear how His forgiveness has changed you… and how it can change them, too.

Just imagine if you reach out to those in your life who need to hear this good news, and I reach out to those in my life, the impact that TOGETHER we can have – not only in our country, but the world!

Satan speaks so many lies into our hearts, but one of the most damaging is the lie of “God won’t use you.”

Nothing could be farther from the truth.

The truth is, the enemy is afraid of the impact you will have for God’s Kingdom once you start sharing the power of Christ’s forgiveness in your life so he is set on discouraging you and stopping you every step of the way. Don’t you let him! Share your stories! Be brave and bold and remember that “Greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world!!” – 1 John 4:4

We live in a day when we can no longer be afraid. God has given each of us a story of redemption, and now is the time to share it.

There are women in your life, in your circles, even in your families who need to hear how God loves, forgives, and redeems. YOU are the person God has placed in their lives to share this truth with them. God has chosen you.

Our lives are for His glory. Our stories – each unique, each broken, each beautiful – need to be shared so others can see how our God forgives and have hope that what He has done in your life, He will do in theirs too.

Friends, God is sending us out as messengers of hope to a hurting world that is gripped with fear.

“The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” – Matthew 9:37-38

Now is the time… let’s go!

  1. This study has been amazing! I have loved co-facilitating with my partner, Shannan! We have such a beautiful group of ladies who love to share, and who I feel confident will be sharing their stories with people they know, and maybe even people they don’t know. We never know who God may lead us to that needs to hear our stories. I shared my story twice last year at church. Once was for the Sr. High youth, and once in my own Sunday School class. Yes, I was a bundle of nerves, but it was so worth it when I had people coming up to me for weeks after that who were so grateful to hear my story. They were grateful because they have people in their own lives who are going through some of the things I once did, and now they know how to better help them. How to share what the love and hope and forgiveness I found in Jesus done and continues to do for me in my life! If He can do it for me, He can and will do it for them! This study has been such a beautiful reminder of where I once was, and how far He has brought me! It has brought out some things from my past that I thought were dealt with, but I discovered they truly were not. They were buried so deeply, that I had forgotten about them. But God knew that through this study these issues would be brought to the surface, and I would be cleansed, healed, and forgiven once again!

My small group at Church is currently doing a study called Centered. Last week we were asked to share our stories. It was so refreshing for me to share my story with my friends. I truly have come to the point where I look forward to sharing! I want to share the beauty found in His forgiveness, the joy I have found in Him, the ways He has so lovingly transformed me, even through painful memories, lies of the enemy, guilt, shame, regret and grief, He gently molded me into the person I am today! No, it didn’t happen overnight, but it happened, and He continues to guide me, mold me, bend and shape me, and yes, He continues to forgive me! Sometimes it is a little painful, sometimes it is flat-out hard, but with Him right by my side, holding my hand, wrapping me in His strong arms, it is worth every step I take! He has taken my past and turned it into His purpose! I am not proud of my past, but I am so grateful it is mine, because it is a beautiful story of transformation! A beautiful story of forgiveness! A beautiful story of His love, mercy and grace! A beautiful story that I can share and give someone hope each time!

I am sad to see this study end, but I am really looking forward to the next study! Thank you ladies at Love God Greatly, for all you do! I am so grateful for each one of you, and so grateful that I discovered this ministry. May God continue to bless you! <3

    1. Awwwww sweetness!!! Am so so happy for how God has transformed you. And the boldness He gave you to share your story. I was speaking with some young people last weekend and I did share my story with them and I can tell you how reliving it is. It’s a beautiful experience of the transformation God does in our lives. Keep sharing your story dear. For God is doing great things and we are part of it. Much love from LGG. Father, thank You for what You have done in Rachelle’s life. Please help to daily be Your light. Amen

    2. Such a beautiful testimony of what Christ has done in your life, Rachelle Craig, you have witness the glorious work of God through Jesus, go therefore and make deciples of all nations, just in time for our SOAP for tomorrow in Matthew 28:19. You have a beautiful testimony to share it to others and thank you for sharing it with us. I was also thankful that before we wrapped this study I was able to forgive this ONE enemies that was so hard for me to forgive. Our mighty and powerful God has given me the strenght and courage when I could not do it, I was the first one to speak to them , evil was done to me, I therefore make good out of that evil and returned that evil with good. Hurt, grudges, bitterness, anger and all things associated with anger have disappear, with that forgivessness Psalm 23rd, was able to returned to my heart and He will lead me beside quiet waters NOT for my name sake but for His name sake.

    3. Rachelle, what a wonderful story! Telling others what God has done for us is exactly what we are called to do. This strengthens faith that God will do the same for others and builds confidence each day as we try to move ahead. What a wonderful post!

    4. I suppose everyone has a story to share. Some are too shy and some just don’t know where to begin. My story is not that special. God forgave me many years ago and through His love, I am able to forgive others. I was going along day to day living from moment to moment. I didn’t realize I held such hatefulness inside. How can I forgive her when she destroyed so many lives? She hurt so many people so often. She abandoned her children and then kept coming back over and over and opening up that festering wound. However, because of that, I have the privilege of raising two siblings who are a real blessing to this family. I am trying to forgive her but each day I can’t. I say I do but do I really? Yes! God is great. He softened my heart and I allowed His peace to come in and restore my soul. God brings me peace. I forgive her but I don’t like her. Does that make since? God is still working on that part of me. You see, everyday I look at the kids is a reminder of who she is and what she did. I want to be the person God wants me to be so I am still working on it. This study showed me that God is a loving Father. There is no one He won’t forgive. He is softening my heart to set aside the past and put on the whole armor to fight against the enemy of my mind. The enemy who would destroy my peace and my happiness by keeping me from laying aside my feelings and go forth in my worldly ways.

      1. Honey, your story is so so special. Yes God is softening your heart. Believe and say that always and you become that. You are doing a great job love, you are. And am proud of You. Father into Your gracious hands I commit Jeanna, may Your work in her please be completed. To Your glory. Forever. Amen.

  2. This study has blessed me so much ! I am now closer to God and I believe as a result will be closer to others. I have done and do some pretty unspeakable things and He continues to love me and show up for me each day, wow. What a great God. This study has increased my trust and belief in Gods word, as He has yet to leave and continues to prove that He will never leave me daily !

    1. Sweetie, He said He will never leave you nor forsake you. We thank God for His help in your life. Choose to believe daily God and not the devil’s lies. For you are more than conquerors. God bless you.
