For the past week, many women from the Love God Greatly translator and leadership teams have been able to gather together in Texas. Most of us have never seen each other in “real life,” so this has been a sweet time of sharing stories, laughter, friendship building, training, and most importantly spiritual growth and encouragement.
But here is what makes all of this so beautiful: while thousands of miles separate us and we look at life through the lens of different cultures, we are united by a bond that transcends distance, culture, and even time.
This love that we have for each other was born out of the love that first had to be poured out for us on that blessed cross.
The weight of our sin not only separated us from God but also from each other. Now we are one family; heirs of God and FREE! Free to love, free to care for each other, and free to work together for the advancement of the gospel. Praise God for the cross, and praise God for Jesus!

Friday night was amazing!!!!
Praise God for your wonderful time together!! When are you all coming to Los Angeles?!?
Yay! This made me all kinds of happy. 🙂
Love that song. If anyone is wondering what the name is — it’s “No Longer Slaves” by Bethel Music.
Really enjoyed Love God Greatly and Sally Clarkson Friday September 27, 2015 at Lakepoint in Rockwall. So encouraging to see how God is working in women’s lives.
Blessings,
It’s such an inspiration to read and see your videos. I am a stay at home mom married for 16 years. I’ve been in need of some motivation from real friends that will uplift my spirit. I’ve been broken in the past by some so called friends. How can I get involved in your events?
Grisela,
You are already involved! When you participate in an LGG bible study, you are reading and studying the Bible. Then you grab hold of someone else in your sphere of influence and share with them all that you are learning…at that point you are actively involved in LGG’s mission to have women inspired and equipped through the Word of God. You are a part of it! With our next study, you can join an online group if you would like even more connection.

I am so touched by today’s blog post! I had very badly wanted to be a part of Fridays Praise and Prayer Night but I live on the East Coast, I caught the Periscope Video on Friday and then seeing this today on the blog made me feel like I was there for a short moment! I love the Song I am a Child of God and how well it goes with our reading today! From today’s scripture my main takeaway fit right into what you all shared today so I just wanted to quick share it,
“I got to thinking today about how we define ourselves. We may say,”I am American, I am Hispanic, I am African American, I am Chinese, I am Jamaican, I am Polish, I am Canadian, I am young, I am old, I am a woman, I am a man, I am a Jew, I am a Gentile, I am poor, I am weatlhy, I am an adult, I am a child.” Today my thought was, ” I AM A BELIEVER IN JESUS CHRIST” before I am anyone or anything! I am a Child of God!”
This is my first study with LGG and I am so thankful that God lead me here! I just want to tell you all THANK YOU! I am excited for another fresh week in God’s Word! Blessings!
Amen Natalie! Thank you for sharing with us.
Blessings, Amy A, LGG Encourager
Natalie, I couldn’t have said it any better!! To have all those barriers removed that so long have separated us from each other, and from God is such a blessing. This truly is freedom when we can just “be”. To stand before the Father, drinking in His love and grace and allowing that elixir to flow through and out of us to all our brothers and sisters without any restraints or restrictions. We are free, indeed!!! To God be the glory!
I am just so glad to see all these four contributors of LoveGodGreatly together….and Oh yes, I have reach out to someone last Sunday by giving my partner in children ministry something I bought that I think it’s too much.
Wow! That was so beautiful hearing those verses in so many languages. I only understood one but my heart understood them all. God Bless you work!! Thank you for all you ladies do.
Thank you for sharing. This was such a powerful moment. Had me in tears. I’m soo happy this event took place. I hope and pray for more in the future.
What a Blessing.
So amazing that this was able to happen! Thanks for sharing with us who couldn’t make it!
