At Love God Greatly, we have an incredible team of writers! These women love and serve God with their whole hearts and we are privileged to have them on our team! You can learn a bit more about each of these amazing women here. We want you to know their hearts, their stories, and their passions, so we’ve asked each of them to share a little bit more about their stories and their lives! They love and care for you and are committed to sharing what God is teaching them and how He is working in their lives with each of you!

Here’s a little more about Grace Ann!

Where do you live?

I am from The Woodlands, TX and am currently a student at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

How long have you been writing for Love God Greatly?

I recently found out about this unique ministry, and I have been so grateful for the opportunity to write for LGG since the Summer of 2020.

What are some of your favorite subjects to write about?

My favorite subject to write about and study is the will of God for His children. I also love to ask God what the word “love” truly means. Along with that, I love to study the incarnation and meditate on the beauty of Jesus, God’s love made manifest among us (1 John 4:9).

Furthermore, I so easily get caught up in studying the attributes of God and discovering how His character is revealed through His Word and through His people, who are made in His image, for He longs to reveal Himself to us!

What faith-related topics are you most passionate about?

I am passionate about letting people know their immense value and worth, proved by God the Father sending His only Son to die for us all (John 3:16). Additionally, I am passionate about people knowing what they were created for, and that is an intimate love relationship with the living God. I want all people to see themselves the way God sees them: beloved, created so magnificently, and predestined to look like Jesus and be used by God for a marvelous work.

When and how did you come to have a personal relationship with Jesus?

I came to have a personal relationship with Jesus when I was very young. I have been so blessed to grow up in a loving home where my parents were faithful to share the gospel of Jesus with me.

What is God teaching you during this season of life?

During this specific season of life, God is teaching me that He created me first and foremost for a relationship with Him and that I was made to be fully dependent on Him. Psalm 147:10-11says, “His pleasure is not in the strength of the horse, nor his delight in the legs of the warrior; the LORD delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love.”

Do you have a particular verse or passage you keep going back to in this season of life?

In this season of life, two verses that I am clinging tightly to are Philippians 4:6-7 and Matthew 6:33-34. These verses remind me that God is fully focused on me, He cares deeply for me, and He is the Provider for all of my needs. I am so thankful that I have a God who is available for me 24/7, and because of Jesus, I can come boldly to His throne to find mercy and grace in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

What is your favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon with no agenda?

My very favorite way to spend a Sunday afternoon would be going on a long walk with people that I love and cooking a yummy, healthy meal to share.

Where is your favorite place to travel?

My favorite place to travel is to my friend’s houses all over the country! I love getting to do life with them in their hometown.
