You will be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and thus to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you will be filled up to all the fullness of God.

What do the prayers for the people you love sound like? For Paul, he prays that the people of Ephesus would fully understand the love of Christ and that their inner person would be strengthened so that they could live out their faith in all wisdom.
If I were to pray for the women of Love God Greatly, it would sound very much the same. These truths in Paul’s prayer are pivotal for us to be true women of God.
It all begins with us being rooted and grounded in love. As Paul writes, this love is beyond anything we have ever experienced on this side of heaven. It’s greater than the love of a parent, grandparent, spouse, or friend. It’s greater than the love you have for your children or your people.
The love of Jesus began before time. He is at work in your heart and life and is waiting to return to bring you into an eternity with Him. His love goes beyond our greatest accomplishments and our biggest failures.
His love cannot grow nor can it fade because it is absolutely perfect as it is. He wants you to know that He loves you and delights in you.
From this love, His desire is for you to allow the Holy Spirit to strengthen your faith. He wants this love to radiate out for others to see. It’s not something to keep to yourself.
You are fully known and fully loved by the Savior. May that truth dwell in your heart richly and change the way you view yourself and your days.
Prayer
Jesus, you love is greater than what I can comprehend. I pray that you will help me to learn more about your love and to experience that love each day. Amen.
