He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16 For by[a] him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. Colossians 1:15-16
God holds the whole world in His hands – including your current mess. Before you were created Jesus was already at work and crafting every inch of this earth. He is preeminent over all, and He is preserving everything you see. You may see chaos in some dark corners, but Christ is divinely ordering every detail in His masterful design for your total redemption makeover.
The Architect of the Universe is building you into a beautiful masterpiece. He is the cement holding together every brick of your life. You can trust Him with whatever looks messy right now because you are a work in progress. He will be faithful to complete the work He has started in you.
Lord, I trust that You have a plan. Build me up and bring Your Light into every crevice of my home and heart. I am opening the door and inviting You to redecorate. Amen.
