David’s kingdom agenda was established by God, not his own ambition. He desired to build a temple for God, but God’s purpose for David was grander in scope than his limited understanding. God promised to preserve David’s position of leadership and create an enduring legacy through his throne that would lead to the Messiah.
When God says no to our earthly dreams, we must keep moving forward in faith trusting that He has a greater eternal purpose in mind. God always surprises us by doing more than we can ask, think, or imagine. One day, Christ will return to earth and crown us with glory.
Lord, help us to trust that You have a bigger design for our future when our current circumstances are somewhat disappointing. May we surrender our plans and agendas to You. Help us to stay faithful and not give in to discouragement because greater things are yet to come. Amen.
Lord, help me trust that you have a better plan for my life than my current circumstances which is dealt disappointing. I will become stronger because you Lord, All-Powerful Your are on my side. At your feet, Amen.
Good morning all. I really need your prayers. I found a lump in my breast and have just been told that it seen to be cancerous. I facing the decision of doing surgery to remove it or getting a second opinion before I go ahead. I am praying to the Lord to help me in that decision. Please pray for me.

Lord Jesus, you are wise and such a caring God. Please under gird Angela with your your compassion and kindness at this time of crisis. please guide her and her family and make it so clear what she needs to do about the cancerous lump. Better peace and with your strong arms carry her through this difficult time. Amen

Lord, I thank You that Your way is perfect and the pathway sure when I follow You. Thank you for the promise that You are with me. Help me to set aside my plans willingly as I seek Your best for my life not only in the years to come, but in today moment by moment.
