Love God Greatly is wholeheartedly devoted to offering Scripture to women all over the world in their native language. And now, our beautiful community of women is able to study alongside their children and share God’s Word with the younger generation through James for Kids. “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” James 1:22 Even though James was Jesus’ half-brother, he did not believe in Jesus as the Son of God until after Jesus’ death and resurrection. After Jesus appeared to James and the disciples, James gave his life to Christ and began to love God with everything he had, from the inside out. His actions came from a deep love for God from within, not solely from a commitment to a set of rules. For four weeks, we will study God’s Word written in a letter from James to God’s people who were scattered all around the Mediterranean. He will teach us that truly believing in God will give us joy in hard times, love for all, care with our words, wisdom with money, humility, patience, peace, and prayer.
